Pilates Mat & Reformer

Small-group Mat and Reformer classes to improve posture, mobility, core strength and movement control.

What's included

Pilates is at the heart of our approach: before chasing performance, we learn to align, stabilize and articulate the spine. Small groups let the instructor correct every person.

  • Small groups for precise technique guidance
  • Mat and Reformer classes
  • Beginner-friendly, no experience needed
  • Posture, alignment and spinal articulation work

Why Pilates

  • Better posture

Alignment and spinal articulation work helps you stand tall and reduces everyday tension.

  • A strong core

Every exercise engages the deep muscles that stabilize your back and pelvis.

  • The perfect complement

Pilates improves mobility and control, which makes strength training more effective and safer.

Build the foundation before chasing performance.

Common questions

I've never done Pilates. Where do I start?

All our classes are beginner-friendly. If you're unsure, start with a Mat class to learn the core principles.

What's the difference between Mat and Reformer?

Mat is done on the floor using body weight. The Reformer is a spring-based machine that adds resistance or support depending on the exercise.

What should I bring?

Comfortable clothes and a water bottle. Grip socks are recommended for Reformer.

Your first session starts with a conversation.

Your first meeting is free. We'll talk through your goals and recommend the right fit.
